Completely my own opinion, but i think they will/are diluting in order to help stabilize the volatility with price.

We saw what a few tweets did last time.. And they were WAY more speculative than the confirmed updates were getting now.

As a result, we both paid way more for shares than we could have. Sucks ass. Lots of people chewed Bill out over it. Ill gladly admit i did.

So maybe this is just another way to help the share price achieve a slow, gradual build up over time?
