Audited financials were promised over three years ago. THIS IS THE PROBLEM!!! Nobody can take this stock seriously until they get an audit done. The cost of doing an audit would have easily been covered by the amount the pps would have gone up after the audit. Then a little dilution would not have been an issue.

OH, and by the way, where are my F'ing NTGL shares????????
