Cost wise, that would make very good sense, especially if we we're to fund, and train over there with the help of HEMP Company's intellectual property we bought sometime back. Seems to me that was part of the plan. Hemp products and by-products are becoming a big deal. Especially the oils. JMO of course. GLTA
