Whether or not you believe it, bashers own quite a bit of shares. If you suddenly drop the pr then they can keep their shares and sell higher, giving them more power to buy when it recesses. Let them know before and and they will do what bashers do and put up blocks, take those blocks away from them at cheaper prices and then make them purchase at higher rates. It's quite logical actually.
