REGARDING PETITION
Get as many shareholders to sign petition against the R/S with the amount of shares they own.
Get in contact with Carl Icahn regarding our SH Petition and the total shares backing the petition. Briefly update Mr Icahn on NTEK / UltraFlix progress and accomplishments. See if Mr Icahn may have some interest investing into NTEK and become active on the board.
NOTE... Mr Icahn has been a large investor in NetFlix for many years and had recently sold his position last summer and invested in Apple. There were some article on Mr. Icahn saying how streaming and 4K was the future and how Apple must be involved.
I bring up this point because several years ago I was invested in Amlyn Pharmaceutical and they as well weren't transparent to there investors. Mr Icahn was huge investor in the biotech sector.
Mr Icahn began to invest heavily in Amlyn having enough shares to get a seat on the board. Amlyn shares recovered very nicely and was sold for a nice return for investors.
It would be nice to see this happen with NTEK seeing how Mr Icahn is very much interested in the Streaming Sector
