Here we are, at the eleventh hour. All R&D is complete and George has successfully completed a gen set conversion. He is moments away from firing a success shot... as soon as Cummins provides the bullet (software). Hopefully, this was prearranged and anticipated.
Now I understand the reaction I got from GC a year ago about a letter I sent to Mr. Smith, VP of Investor Relations at Cummins, asking if he could provide any information relating to the press release on the Coates website... April 21, 2015

He immediately notified GC that I had contacted them and GC raked me over the coals, accusing me of interfering with his business. OOPS!!!
Wouldn't it be sad if Cummins were to demand that GC sign a $100,000,000 license agreement to use their software?
