Getting out from under that huge Conversion threat should be seen as a big win. Taking away that perceived shorting advantage is good.
There is nothing in this SH letter that sounds like failure. We can disagree about the RS until we all die, but we already trade at 8 million. What; do you think it goes to 1,000,000??? If we are going to do an RS, this is the time.
We need to start getting the past behind us.
Looking forward to May 15 financials. I didn't perceive any sort of verbal hedge in this SH Letter that would prepare us for an income shortfall.
