When Levy says there is a 10Q due, I am assuming it is the transitional report from Sept - Dec to bring them to a Dec YE.
That 10Q along with the amended 8k would bring them current.
However, their first quarter filing from Jan - March is due in mid-May. So they better hurry up or they will have 2 10Qs due.
