I don't really expect big news on the first trading day of May. I think they will make sure that EVERYTHING is absolutely correctly analyzed before they put the data out.
Remember that company that was excited by their results, rushed to put out a press release -- and no one understood that their results were good, so the stock tanked by 50%? That's not something that CTIX will do. They'll make sure that everything is analyzed in all relevant ways before releasing anything.
On the other hand, judge could rule at any time. Sure hope she dismisses the case with prejudice.
