$SRGE which had assets acquired by MSJ as a holding company, is now free and clear to do a deal selling the mines or a joint venture which will compensate shareholders (some of which are major debt holders). BGL has dropped their lawsuit over the mines and they took the final write down. Mines are free and clear now. Last miner on the concession titles was Agnico Eagle which has acquired other well known mines and expanded all through Jalisco Mexico!!!
