Yesterday April 29th the BGL quarterly financials was posted on sedar.com. The Gran Cabrera/Cinco Minas impairment has officially been recorded in the interim financial statements report for the 3 month period ended February 29th 2016.
Excerpt page F-12:
"On April 15, 2016 Bandera announced that it has terminated the litigation on its Cinco Minas and Gran Cabrera mining properties located in Mexico.......... As a result of this the Company has recorded an impairment of the Cinco Minas and Gran Cabrera properties of $ 4,815,055."
