It's next to impossible to convince those with dogmatic principles with little flexibility or acceptance of fact. As you know, not a Clinton fan, but I was a big Bill Clinton fan, and Hillary Clinton has a commanding lead in every poll, albeit early, polls have been showing fair consistency during primary season. Unless there is a major shift, such as the Trump fanatics wishes that Clinton gets indicted (not happening), Clinton will be in office for the next 4 years.
Trump can hurt himself further by making a poor running mate selection. I would be surprised if he chose a women. Choosing his new ass buddy and Pillsbury Dough Boy, Chris Christie would be his death blow as Christie is disliked in the North East and detested in NJ/NY area.
I believe the head-to-head debates will expose him as Clinton will be ready and polished and able to deflect the many barbs Trump will throw at her. Like or her not, she's a strong debate opponent. And if he does attack, it'll backfire terribly as a Nation watching will see this as a fear of a women besting him. Couple that with what could be a two women team, and Trump has plenty to trip up on. Knowing that he is already a vain, narcassist, who pretty much lacks a filter, I can see many faux pas' coming up on live television.
The Trump fanatics will continue to defy factual numbers as these primaries show larger numbers for Clinton and Sanders in state-by-state contests and this trend will more then likely continue as we approach the general.
Long-winded response to state that I agree.
