He is a US Citizen.
He has been a hemp activist and business person for some time.
He was a speaker at the NOCO 2016 Hemp Expo.
He lives currently lives in Kiev for business reasons (see below) but is moving to the USA.
He is not based in the Seychelles.
"Currently he is developing several new hemp-related technologies."
It is hardly likely that he would be invited to be a guest speaker at a hemp industry expo if his company was a shell and he was not actually developing hemp related technologies.
