A big reason Shelby's opposed is that he feels with bank can help small business just fine without needing an additional board member to approve deals over $10M and that loans over that amount only help the huge corporations that don't need the assistance of the government / Ex-Im bank. A few calls / letters pointing out that TPAC is a small business yet they would benefit immensely with a $10M+ loan not to mention the value it would bring to all us small time investors.
