QUESTION: Not that any here are LAWYERS in order to answer but was wondering if a poster on any of these boards posts something even a TOTAL NOVICE like me would consider blatantly libelous - can that poster be SUED by the company ?

REASON: BobbyKirt post one this morning that I responded too. Both posts got deleted shortly afterward.
