Hi Mav, We all know why the default judgment was granted. CRGP never opposed it. However, I believe the default judgment was just officially granted in the last few weeks. That said CRGP are the ones on the hook now. They should be the ones trying to collect the money from the shareholders not COR. COR got their default judgment against CRGP.
Here is an easy example:
I take someone to court that owes me $1000. They do not show up to court so I receive a default judgment against them. I find out later that they paid their brother back $1000 they owed him. I am pretty sure I can't go sue his brother. My default judgment was against the person that gave him the funds. And I do understand the whole wrongful enrichment theory but If you look at my example above you can see how absurd that is IMO. We will see. Take Care.
