I respect your opinion and I sure hope you are right, but my question is WHY would it pass your smell test? The default judgment against CRGP is already done, so whether carter comes back tomorrow, next month, next year, or never, that judgment is still there. That won't change.

The stuff going on now with COR acting belligerent and suing everyone would have nothing to do with that supposed merger, or paying another dividend, or doing anything really. COR suing ihub is stupid and also would have no impact on that merger, so why would carter and this merger both disappear like this and still be gone after all this time?

I would love to hear a positive optimistic reason why as it would put my mind, if not my wallet, at ease right now.
