None of the legal shenanigans going on right now would have any impact on the supposed merger that was pr'd. So where is the merger? Where is Carter!?
It has been a very long time since he disappeared and the excuse of waiting for these lawsuits to play out doesn't pass the smell test as there is already a default judgment against CRGP and these other ones would have no impact on the company conducting business and completing a merger....so where is the company!?
