Hmmmm Today's volume was less than half of yesterday's volume when the % was 19 . Today , even at 29% means LESS was shorted. So I'm guessing they are slowly powering down.
Begs the question : What would be the normal % if no one was playing the short angle here and it was normal business ? "0" ?
