No disrespect but to say TALK is not adhering to "someone's" timeline is incorrect.
It was very clear as to when TALK said that they would file.
The following is straight from TALK's 2/10/16 8K.
Now we can all count out 71 days from February 2. Even if we gave them a few days they would still be late. And to be clear, the 71 days is not just some number they came up with. It is a rule that they were to follow with regards to the UMS acquisition.
I await filings just like everyone else but in no way is anyone rushing TALK. We've been patient and they should have been done by now. Actually, the financial statements are "required" to be filed "no later than" 71 days after the date of the initial report/8k. This is not a shareholder timeline it is actually a "reporting/SEC" timeline.
Now let's just hope they don't put this off for another week. Hopefully, we see them next week.
