Wow! Yet again another raise in the AS. On the surface this appears to be another mind numbing slap in the face of Long investors. However, is it possible that management has re-evaluated the RS and instead decided to raise the AS one last time? Winston is right, in comparison to what we've endured over the past couple years when the dilution spicket was turned on, 200 million isn't nearly as bad as we're accustomed to seeing.
NTEK needs shares to attract key personnel. They also need shares to service existing employees contracts, ie employee stock plans. So, a raise was to be expected by everyone who's paying attention. The question is is the RS off the table now? IF it is, I'm a happy camper. If this is merely a stop gap measure prior to the RS, I'm tremendously disappointed because their will absolutely be additional dilution post RS. That is really the only reason to RS. If you buy into the share structure nonsense to attract new investors, I have a bridge to sell you.
All NTEK needs to do, moving forward, is to prove via audited fins that they are generating the millions in revenues we believe they are raking in AND subscriber numbers continue to grow exponentially. If that's happening then the 200 milly is no big deal. IF on the other hand they are going to run the OS to 2 billion and then RS, I think we may have to face the reality that NTEK the stock is in dire trouble. We should get an indication one way or the other as the stock pps continues it's slide into the red. If NTEK says nothing to it's shareholders that's tells me all I need to know.
