The fact the A/S increase was 1/2 of all previous
increase tells you right there they are WINDING DOWN
to NO MORE NEED FOR INCREASES !
All previous A/S increases were 400M this one
is only 200M.
I'll say it again, this is all preparation for getting
UF to 1M users later this year which once
reached NTEK will have a STABE SHARE STRUCTURE
and the stock will rocket HIGHER from there.
