well despite we are trading in otc , i like idea they care about stock in every way. I dont know how this system work it must be some alghoritm that is so precise and may control flow of shares to buy it back, but i thinks its about cash optimalization why would you pay with shares if u want buy them back. And why we talk about random dilution if you have to order yourself it.
