I didn't want to rant here. It appears the new mgt got the same flu from Old one by not communicating. how long does it take to announce IR and come up with date for CC. Why is it taking so long to issue 10K. You guys had almost120 days. I guess Ed screwed up so bad that the new mgt scratching their head where to start. Then if it this case why the BOD waited so long to fire his ass.
