My problem with the mention of dilution is that it seems unnecessary if we get loans, licensing revenue, etc. Without those, then just like ANY OTC, they will resort to dilution..whether for acquisitions, materials, expansion...or as is usually the case, operating expenses. We CAN'T let this O/S grow, It's already far too big. As for ANY OTC looking out for shareholders' interests... honestly, with no accountability to shareholders -- we have no power to vote a board out that is not holding a CEO accountable -- our fortunes are at their mercy. Do I think this may one day be a legitimate company? Yes. Do I trust ANY company (OTC OR Big Board) to have my best interest at heart? Absolutely not.
