It looks like the Hearing for the TCA Global Fund lawsuit may be coming to a conclusion soon. A second filing yesterday canceled the 24 May Hearing. Text states:
Pursuant to Local Rule 10A, the undersigned counsel hereby certifies that (1) a boner fide effort either has been or will be made prior to the date of said hearing to resolve the issues raised, or failing that, to narrow the issues; and (2) that the issues before the Court may be heard and resolved by the court within five (5) minutes.
