Who knows what they will SAY it's for. What it will be USED for is to raise the price per share to make it easier to convert toxic funding into shares. This has been a classic example of death spiral financing. Reverse split, run it down, reverse split again, run it down again. If we ever manage to break out of this cycle, there is no telling right now how diluted our shares will have become.
