Yes those are the loan approval requirements. Not the loan application requirements. They can still apply for the LOI without a contract. Just part of the approval process is they must show they are able to repay it. Thats why the IR keeps referring to the 90 days. Bill will have to be able to supply them with contracts by then for approval.
