I know there are criteria for uplist to Nasdaq and the two dollar threshold has been beaten to death on the other board. I think it was 90 days above $2?

Does anyone have a good grasp on the criteria for uplist. If the PPS gets to $3 or $4? I'm guessing that cash on hand could be a determining factor. I guess what I'm getting at is what's the possibility of a good/great P results followed immediately by a deal with "x" pharma, some full coffers and then a quick uplist?

Seems possible...

Honestly, I hate that I do this. I'm really pretty patient. Just can't stop my mind from exploring the possibilities.
