We were told there would be a RS, several times. Now, the A/S is maxed out driving the pps down with zero indication of the terms of the RS or the date or anything for that matter. The pps and shareholders are being abused. A RS without very good news, I.E.: audited fins showing revenue growth together with elimination of toxic debt and finally a great revenue generator will result in the wiping out of the investments of the longs. If the silence and delay in the RS are to get all the ducks in a row - fine. On the other hand, a naked RS now would be shredded. JMHO
