If MR. Samblis decided to reward true holders with stock div or stock split that will go for the longs, shorts never get rewarded.

In here (middle east market) never heard of shorting option cuz the rules said that can destroy any given company for no reason. And also some of them have a daily limit of any given stock to go up or down it's round 10% I think.
