joey, this image of the chart that you are saying demonstrates a "come back" represents something completely different to me.
I never said my chart was demonstrating a 'come back'. I said, "Scie is climbing back up". 'Comeback' could be interpreted as 'stronger than or equal to'. I said, "Scie is climbing back up" simply meaning the share price is higher than the previous low. In fact, the word 'come' isn't found in that entire post.
With regards to the .0092 run being caused by a pump, that's a subject that doesn't interest me. I'm here to make a profit. I believe in the technology and the company.

leaving those that didn't get the memo in time left holding the bag
No one can know everything about a stock. Even if there were certain people who somehow affected the share price, anyone who bought in at .0009 or below and rode the price up to .0092 had the same opportunity as everyone else to sell, take the profits, and run. I didn't sell because I'm not here to pay capital gains tax on a mere $20,000 profit. I want more than that.

this leaves many questions. is the current actions in share price merely one person who is taking advantage of the pump? or is this a much deeper, more sinister conspiracy and a true classic pump and dump? was and is there an honest belief that this company is really going to become profitable, or, was this company merely a theater prop that looked believable enough to orchestrate yet another pumper dumper? i have no idea.
1. I doubt one person is pulling strings here
2. I doubt this chart is part of a sinister conspiracy nor is it a pump and dump.
3. There's no way Spectrascience is a theater prop, as you call it. In the end, time always wins and is always right. In 5 years, we'll know for sure if SCIE was a worthwhile investment. That's how I look at it.
Profit taking happens all the time. That's what the stock market is.
For your other post, I didn't infer that you personally have invested more than you can afford to lose. I mean anyone who invests more than they can afford to lose.
I don't take a 'huge leap of faith' as you suggest when it comes to investing. I'm not in love with Spectrascience. I see their technology filling a global need, and this will make me a profit. As said many times, I would sell my entire position if I believed this was going nowhere.
I haven't made a failure in this investment; I'm still in the green by a boat load.
It doesn't make much sense to me to call SCIE a pump and dump if you regret this investment, yet still continue to hold. Why remain invested in a pump and dump? You say that certain people pumped this up causing the price to rise, but by you calling SCIE a 'pump and dump' couldn't that affect investor sentiment and cause the price to fall? So.. are you trying to dump this?
Look at ASUV's stock price. Its doing even better than SCIE. Went from .0028 (SCIE's current price to .06 cents in 34 periods. That's $20,000 profit on a $1000 investment. Yet, look at todays price action. Huge red day. Does that mean ASUV was pumped and is now dumping? Of course not. I have no control over what other people do. For myself, my DD shows me that regardless of any pump that may or may not have occurred, the chart will correct itself as the company once again commences sales. Worst thing in the world would be I lose my investment. Best thing in the world, I walk away with $400,000 profit. I'll take those odds.
you mentioned, "would have real world experience as to what other machines and/or technologies are available that do the same job or better"..
its not my job to cover every single aspect of SCIE's DD. I cant and wont do it for everyone. Ive found DD that I haven't posted on here, and its some very good stuff, because its not my job to reveal to the world every tid bit of information I find.
Spectrascience isn't the only company in the world working on optical biopsies. They have competitors. But, it is clear, that if you research optical biopsies, Spectrascience and the WavSTAT is mentioned many more times in private trials and research articles than their competitors. The WavSTAT is even mentioned on Aetna and Blue Cross / Blue Shield information sheets. I definitely don't have blinders on. SCIE's competition is at least 5 years away from where SCIE is now; and that can be further pushed back due to the patent rights. And if SCIE keeps playing the game as they have been doing, the WavSTAT4 is probably going to be obsolete in 2 years as they are probably already working on something else to stay ahead of the competition.
My opinion, short term mumbo jumbo doesn't affect my investment strategy here. Let the price ebb and flow, up and down, side to side. Doesn't matter. The day we get a 10Q showing sales of over $200,000, the price is going to never stay below a penny again. And I believe this is coming much sooner than people realize.
Something most if not all of SCIE's investors don't realize, I think there is something huge going on with Oncoscopes technology right now. Did you know Eileen Tanghal, general manager of Applied Ventures, who worked with Oncoscope, also worked with Liquvista which was bought out by Samsung, which was then bought out by giant Amazon.com? And she worked with Oncoscope only TWO YEARS AGO. Applied Ventures doesn't mess around. They only invest in powerful tech and recognized the potential of Oncoscope's technololgy. Oncoscopes bankruptcy was because of internal flaws; not technological flaws. SCIE owns this technology now, and is once again, ahead of the competition. I've done my research in SCIE and their competitors and continue to believe in this tech. I'm not here to figure out who is pumping, dumping or frumping. I'm here until the share price reaches my exit amount and/or SCIE is bought out. Whichever comes firsts.
Remember, its very easy to dismiss DD with opinion. If you have proof of a pump and dump, which would include links, studies, please post them. The majority of my posts have links to back up my DD and so far, my DD shows this technology is real, needed, and coming.
