I've had this stock since Dec 2014...through good/bad....Things are looking good, with the new company doing everything they can, IMO, to promote their products/services as evidenced in their PR's of 20-Jan-16 and 20-Apr-16.....The merger, release of SEC documents, and Name/Symbol changes has taken place as announced and as timely as such actions can take place within this business environment. Me thinks it will take some amount of processing time, yet, for the company to move it's products/services into the marketplace, but they certainly have carved out their niche in the industry, and it has a good opportunity to come into fruition. As for us shareholders, I believe we are in good position to ride the coattails of NXGH as the company's execs look to grow the business and enjoy the profitability of the company, therein. I see good times ahead, but it will take just a bit longer to get there.......Lou.
