Plumbers now coming in today.
Replace 2 faucets, check a loud pipe (?),
and replace a leaking pipe in the basement.
Cost only $75.
We have a home warranty thing.
$75 a month. plus that co pay each visit.
Someday we will replace a furnace
& update duct work to codes for only $75.
