BGL lost the supreme court case in August 2011, but they kept writing in their audited report "protecting the interests in Cinco Minas/Gran Cabrera". After the loss in 2011, by writing this they gave the illusion to their shareholders and to the world that they could get Cinco Minas/Gran Cabrera back. This was a lie and BGL knew this since 2011 but yet these words kept appearing in every annual audited report since 2011. After 2011 the wording in the audited report should have been changed to "recovering money" or something similar. The press release terminating the litigation does not describe exactly why they terminated the litigation all of a sudden. Maybe the BGL camp can explain exactly why they terminated the litigation because after their last annual report I thought they were just going to continue for another year writing "protecting the interests in Cinco Minas/Gran Cabrera".
