You will be "FOOLISH" to sell a Real Estate sure value to buy a stock .....With an "Eventual Market Correction" you might end up having no more house and a worthless stock???....

Put a Mortgage on your house and rent it. You will get your Mortgage Paid by someone renting your house and you have money for the stock....
