Jstay, I dont think we'll see anything until after the KBM situation is completed. If this goes to trial after mediation attempts next week, we could see another several months of wrangling and positioning by both sides before a jury is chosen. That'll take us beyond September and Q3. I'm also of the mind that they'll be a settlement. I can't see a judge looking kindly on the dirty actors in KBM. We'll see shortly.
