Totally agree with you Volcomboy... these funds are very very likely retainer or collateral for that $50M loan from EX-IM Bank... as I've mentioned before there's usually a percentage fee a bank charges for certain loans or lines of credit.... just normal business with big league companies such as Boeing... can't forget this is the bank that loans out to Boeing etc....
