Judging people as 'criminal', without criminal charges having been presented, is the America YOU live in, in your head.
The 'real world', fortunately, is procedural.
Evidence, not 'self-evident', referral to DOJ. Indict or don't indict.
I'll bet all of that would be fine, essential, if a GOPER were being 'investigated'.
