I pretty confident talk is legit, just slow imo...main reason I think they are legit,, if they were scammers, they have done nothing to try to improve the pps....dragging ass on filing, NO promotions at all....if this is a pump and dump....where was the pump?

If I was a scammer. I'd want to dump at a higher pps...and you know if this was promoted and filing were timely this would be near a penny...id rather start dumping at .007 or 008. If this is a scam , it's not a well thought out one...

Been in few otc scam tickers and you could never contact anyone, IR wouldn't reply. Etc....Levy has been available a lot until the last few day when we all started riding his ass...
