Oh no...it's the ISDS thingy. It's been around for a long time. this again is exploitation on Elizabeth and others. I do not have an issue with exploitation ..but I do have an issue with a public that denies itself the right to just read it for themselves:

The United States already has international agreements containing ISDS in force with six of the eleven other countries participating in TPP (Canada, Chile, Mexico, Peru, Singapore, and Vietnam).
This is what I mean by exploitation of the issue.
