I think the company is waiting for the major litigation to be settled with Ironridge. They were asking for 87m shares or approx 3.6m dollars. Scrc agreed to settle for 1.4m which they wrote off in q1 though not settled yet as they reneged.


I believe when they finally settle with Ironridge the FILINGS WILL COME OUT AND THERE WILL BE NEWS ON WHAT THE COMPANY IS DOING. I would not be surprised to see 2015 positive.
