Did they specifically tell you they were located in Baltimore? Funny, but on their Twitter page, it's indicated that they are in Guangdong, which is where $TPAC is also located in China.
If they really are in Baltimore, and if I was at home in Wash., DC, Virginia suburbs (which I'm not, because I'm living in Bogota, Colombia), I would consider driving up there (2-2.5 hours) to visit them, if they were open to visits.
Have they told you, or anyone else, the name of their company?
