I would say $1m threshold when we move to Nasdaq. I'm not thinking that you are fully understanding the business plan here. 50-100 k can't be much more than trial runs.
250k is plenty for TPAC on OTC. Reporting anything less and the company will have to spend all of their time reporting and no time producing revenues. Reporting is not a revenue producing activity.
