I think the people buying are the ones fllowing i-hub and other stock boards. Everyone seems to be on edge and expecting something that might not come for weeks. It could prove disastrous for some trying to flip out on a spike of a dime or more.

Confession...I went back to being a paid member at i-hub. The ads make the site virtually unreadable so I said 'uncle' since I still want to follow other companies there.

Hopefully the long time it's taking for the juspdge to dismiss the lawsuit means she's actually researching the claims and will dismiss with predjudice.
