This is incorrect if you are referring to either myself or 007. Neither of us sold last week.
Let's hope for filings this week. After all...if they are a December year end they have another filing due in less than 3 weeks for March Month End due 45 days after 3/31. Who here thinks they are going to make that deadline when they are so busy with the 8k.
This will continue to fall without filings. I am putting in a buy at 12. Would not be shocked if it filled.
