Aperture Health, Inc. Reverse Merger Transaction: Aperture Health Inc. (The Company), a Nevada Corporation, was incorporated on Feb. 13th, 2001. On July 18, 2011, Triad Therapeutics Inc. merged into The Company via a reverse merger transaction as consideration for all of the issued and outstanding shares of Triad. The Triad shareholders received a 51% controlling interest in The Company.
