Don't forget Janice Shells friend at Bloomberg.com writing and publishing an article that Kinross denies signing the agreement within an hour after SRGE released the big news on Boxing day.
Maybe someone was paid off to say there was no agreement, otherwise there'd have been a huge short squeeze.
