Your thought might not be so crazy, although why sell the company for so little money as .75 - 1 dollar?

The pipeline is worth today in my eyes around $10 pps. (based on 30m outstanding shares).

I would think 3 dollars would be a given if they would sell the company.

But i think its more interesting for the toxics to manage ambs to succes and then maybe sell the company for much much higher to big pharma.
