It looks like the doors for ambs will remain open for the next year at least.
Gerald will ask to authorize more shares, then a RS will occur. The TF can short and covert just like last time and make money hand over fist as the pps falls again.
The only way that doesn't happen is if something concrete with ESS happens and we are able to buy out the toxics.
